目的:考察外感风痧片对呼吸道感染常见的细菌、病毒的体内抑制作用和对动物模型的镇咳、祛痰作用。方法:采用体内实验方法,观察外感风痧片的抗菌、抗病毒作用,采用小白鼠氨水引咳法、毛细管法观察镇咳、排痰作用。结果:外感风痧片对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌感染小鼠和流感病毒性肺炎小鼠有明显的保护作用;并延长小白鼠咳嗽潜伏期、增加大白鼠排痰量。结论:外感风痧片具有明显的抗菌、抗病毒作用及镇咳、祛痰作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the inhibitory effect of exogenous windbug tablets on the common bacteria and virus in respiratory tract infections and the antitussive and expectorant effects on animal models. Methods: To observe the antibacterial and antiviral effects of exogenous wind-buckthrust tablets by using in vivo experimental methods. To observe the antitussive and expectorant effect by capillary action method in mice. Results: The exogenous windbug tablet has a significant protective effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and influenza virus pneumonia in mice, prolongs the latent period of cough in mice and increases the sputum volume in rats. Conclusion: Exogenous wind-buckthorn tablets have obvious antibacterial, antiviral effects and antitussive and expectorant effects.
