虽然我国3G网络牌照的发放一推再推,但随着世界范围3G系统大规模商用的逐步展开,在我国建设3G网络已是必然趋势,各大电信运营商也正在积极为建设3G网络做准备。在3G网络建设中如何选择技术标准、网络如何演进、如何继续利用第二代移动通信系统的资源,这些都是应该首先考虑的原则问题。
Although the issuance of 3G network licenses in China is pushed again and again, with the gradual deployment of large-scale commercial applications of 3G systems in the world, the construction of 3G networks in China is an inevitable trend. Major telecom operators are also actively preparing for the construction of 3G networks . How to select the technical standards in the 3G network construction, how the network evolves, and how to continue to utilize the resources of the second generation mobile communication system are the principle problems that should be considered first.
