准备大约15个鸡蛋,鸡蛋挑选大小适中的,太小的话做出来的茶叶蛋会比较咸, 太大的话要卤很久才入味。先将鸡蛋在清水中小心洗刷干净备用。将鸡蛋煮熟,煮熟后将蛋壳稍微敲出裂纹备用。另外准备适量八角、陈皮、桂皮、 1/2碗酱油、2个红茶包、1小匙盐和适量的水(以浸过所有材料为准)备用。
