1.1980—1981年间对1—8~#八种起爆药进行了急性毒性实验,结果表明其毒性均在中等以下,对大白鼠的毒性秩序是3~#>8~#>1~#>7~#>2~#>5~#>4~#>6~#,对小白鼠为3~#>8~#>2~#>1~#>5~#>7~#>4~#>6~#,二者基本一致。八种起爆药中3~#毒性最大,属中等类毒,6~#毒性最小,属无毒类,其他介于二者之间。2.从对豚鼠的皮肤刺激实验来看,2~#、7~#、8~#可引起局部皮肤出现潮红、红斑或脱毛。其他试药均未见明显刺激作用。3.5~#、4~#、6~#起爆药属低毒或无毒,且不引起明显的皮肤刺激作用,从我们所作的毒性指标来看是值得选用投产的起爆药,尤以后二者为佳。但如长期接触使用,其毒性如何,尚待进一步研究。
From 1980 to 1981, eight kinds of initiators were tested for their acute toxicity. The results showed that their toxicities were below average, and their toxic order to rats was 3 ~ #> 8 ~ #> 1 ~ #> 7 ~ #> 2 ~ #> 5 ~ #> 4 ~ #> 6 ~ #, 3 ~ #> 8 ~ #> 2 ~ #> 1 ~ #> 5 ~ #> 7 ~ #> 4 ~ #> 6 ~ #, the two are basically the same. Of the eight kinds of detonating drugs, 3 ~ # is the most toxic, which belongs to the middle type of poison. It has the least toxicity of 6 ~ # and belongs to the non-toxic category. The others are in between. 2 from guinea pig skin irritation experiments point of view, 2 ~ #, 7 ~ #, 8 ~ # can cause local skin flushing, erythema or hair removal. No other stimulants were tested. 3.5 ~ #, 4 ~ #, 6 ~ # detonated drug is low toxicity or non-toxic, and does not cause significant skin irritation, toxicity indicators from our point of view is worth using the commissioning of the initiation drug, especially after the two are good. However, long-term exposure to use, its toxicity, yet to be further studied.
