目的研究血络复欣颗粒对大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法大鼠两次皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素,在此期间利用冰水进行浸泡刺激,造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,腹主动脉采血,检测并观察药物对全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间的影响。结果血络复欣颗粒明显降低血瘀模型大鼠全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间。结论血络复欣颗粒具有改善血液流变状态的作用。
Objective To study the effect of “Xueluofushen Granule” on hemorrheology in rats. Methods Rats were subcutaneously injected with epinephrine hydrochloride twice a day. During this period, ice water was used to immerse and stimulate rats, resulting in acute blood stasis model and abdominal aorta blood sampling. Blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, Effect of Erythrocyte Electrophoresis Time. Results Xueluofuoxin Granule obviously reduced whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte electrophoresis time in blood stasis model rats. Conclusion Xueluofuxin granules can improve the status of blood rheology.
