本文从教材编写的角度,以最新出版的文化教材The Chopsticks-Fork Principle x 2(筷子叉子双管齐下)为个案,探讨以下两个问题:(1)对外汉语教学应该怎样培养学习者的汉语文化意识;(2)怎样帮助学习者在汉语学习的过程中具备国际视野和多元文化意识,进而能更具体地综合运用汉语,提高跨语言能力和跨文化能力。
This paper discusses the following two questions from the perspective of the compilation of teaching materials: The Chopsticks-Fork Principle x 2 (two-pronged chopsticks forks): (1) how to cultivate learners’ awareness of Chinese culture in teaching Chinese as a foreign language; (2) How can we help learners to have an international perspective and multicultural awareness in the process of Chinese language learning so that they can more comprehensively use Chinese and improve cross-language and cross-cultural abilities?
