目的探讨原发性失眠(PI)患者静息状态下全脑范围内局部脑功能磁共振成像特点。方法对59例PI患者及47例年龄、性别和受教育程度均与之匹配的健康对照者进行静息态功能磁共振成像扫描。应用局部一致性分析方法,得出PI患者局部一致性(Re Ho)异常的脑区。结果与正常对照组相比,在静息状态下PI患者左侧脑岛、右侧前扣带回、双侧中央前回、左侧楔叶局部一致性升高;而在右侧扣带中回、左侧梭状回局部一致性降低。结论静息状态下PI患者存在情绪、感觉运动区域等多个脑区的局部功能活动的异常,从功能分化的角度探究PI患者大脑神经活动的改变,有利于进一步理解PI的神经活动特点。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of regional brain functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at rest in primary insomnia (PI) patients. Methods Fifty-nine patients with PI and 47 healthy controls with matched age, gender and education level were screened by resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging. The local consistency (Re Ho) abnormalities in PI patients were obtained by using local consistency analysis. Results Compared with the normal control group, the consistency of left wedge island, right anterior cingulate gyrus, bilateral anterior cingulate cortex and left cingulate wedge in patients with PI was higher at resting state. , The left fusiform gyrus local consistency reduced. Conclusions There is an abnormality of local functional activities in multiple brain regions such as mood and sensory area in resting PI patients. It is helpful to explore the changes of neural activity in PI patients from the perspective of functional differentiation, which is beneficial to further understand the neural activity characteristics of PI.
