加拿大风险投资业已形成了自己的比较优势，在风险基金运行程序、政府扶持等方面有其特色。我省作为改革开放的先行省份，在风险投资业起步阶段，应以营造良好环境、广辟资金来源、培育风险投资人才等方面采取有效的措施。
Venture capital has formed its own comparative advantage in Canada, and has its own characteristics in the operation procedures of venture funds and government support. As a pioneering province for reform and opening up, our province should take effective measures in the initial stage of venture capital industry in terms of creating a favorable environment, broadening sources of funds and fostering venture capital talents.
