9月18日上午,国务院在中南海首次举行宪法宣誓仪式。国务院总理李克强监誓。今年以来国务院任命的38个组成部门、直属特设机构、直属机构、办事机构、直属事业单位的55名负责人依法进行宪法宣誓。按照全国人大常委会《关于实行宪法宣誓制度的决定》所设置的程序,此前已经有不少地方政府、法检机关新任主官亲身实践过这一宣誓仪式。国务院此次宣誓依然备受公众瞩目,更多的是中国最高行政机关宪法宣誓所展露的示范意义。
On the morning of September 18, the State Council held for the first time a constitution oath ceremony in Zhongnanhai. State Council Premier Li Keqiang oath. Since the beginning of this year, 55 heads of the 38 constituent departments directly under the State Council, directly under the special agencies, directly affiliated institutions, offices and directly-affiliated public institutions, have sworn constitutionally according to law. According to the procedure set by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on “the decision to implement the constitutional oath system,” many local governments and newly appointed officials of the legal prosecution organs have personally practiced this swearing-in ceremony before. The State Department’s oath is still the subject of public attention, more of the exemplary significance demonstrated by the constitutional oath of the highest administrative authority in China.
