我们于1984年11月至1985年5月对75例小儿重症肺炎进行了小剂量肝素辅佐治疗的临床对照观察.现报道如下. 病例来源: 病历选择标准为:①无血液系及肝肾疾患3岁的重症肺炎患儿,且肺部罗音广泛密集;②缺氧及呼吸困难较严重者;③中毒症状重或伴有中、重度佝偻病、营养不良、贫血及先心病的任何一种;④X线下肺部有大片阴影、或病变较为广泛;⑤合并心衰或呼衰者.
We from November 1984 to May 1985 on 75 cases of severe pneumonia in children with low-dose heparin adjuvant clinical observation.Report as follows.Cases of origin: medical records selection criteria: ① no hematological and liver and kidney disease 3 Year-old children with severe pneumonia, and pulmonary rales widespread intensive; ② hypoxia and severe dyspnea; ③ symptoms of poisoning or accompanied by moderate and severe rickets, malnutrition, anemia and congenital heart disease any one; ④ X Line of the lungs have a large shadow, or lesions are more extensive; ⑤ heart failure or those with respiratory failure.
