动脉粥样硬化病变的发生、发展与动脉平滑肌细胞的改变有关,因此体外培养平滑肌细胞作为研究和探讨动脉粥样硬化的发病机制的实验模型受到重视。参照已有文献,我们进行兔动脉平滑肌细胞(SMC)培养发现,已有方法组织消化时间长,不宜把握,且细胞成活率低,倍增时间长。因此我们对SMC培养条件进行了探讨。本文采用的生长液分别是199、RPMI-1640,EagLes、Mcloys’s A。消化液为0.2%
The occurrence and development of atherosclerotic lesions are related to the changes of arterial smooth muscle cells. Therefore, in vitro cultured smooth muscle cells have drawn much attention as experimental models to study and explore the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. With reference to the existing literature, we found that SMC culture of rabbit arteries has been found to have a long time to digest tissue, which is unfavorable for cell digestion and has low cell survival rate and long doubling time.
