根据1992年9月4日第七届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第二十七次会议《关于修改<中华人民共和国专利法>的决定》,对1984年第六届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议通过的<中华人民共和国专利法>进行若干修改,同时相应的《中华人民共和国专利法实施细则》已经由国务院一九九二年十二月十二日批准修订.专利法及其实施细则修改的内容甚多,这里仅就与一般申请人或者代理人密切相关的几个问题进行一些说明.
