目的研究墨旱莲多糖的最佳水提工艺。方法以墨旱莲中多糖的含量和提取率为指标,采用正交试验筛选墨旱莲多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺参数为料水比1:10,提取3次,每次3.5h,提取温度100℃。在此条件下,测得墨旱莲多糖提取率为11.39%,多糖含量为18.43%。结论本实验优选出的工艺稳定、经济、可行。
Objective To study the optimum water extraction process of polysaccharides from. Methods The content and extraction rate of polysaccharides in Eclipta were used as indexes. The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides from Eclipta were selected by orthogonal test. Results The optimum technological parameters were the ratio of material to water 1:10, extraction three times, each time 3.5h, extraction temperature 100 ℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of polysaccharides from Eclipta was 11.39% and the content of polysaccharides was 18.43%. Conclusion The process of this experiment is stable, economical and feasible.
