随着心血管诊断技术和心脏外科的进展,近十多年来,国内外有不少少见类型和多发畸形的先天性心脏病的报道。在这些疑难的心脏病中,有些病例,当心脏听诊时发现连续性杂音。为了提供诊断时的线索,临床上常把连续性杂音作为主要体征进行鉴别。为此,将有关资料加以整理,介绍如下。 1.心室中隔缺损合并动脉导管未闭此种畸形比较多。临床上如未能诊断合并此种畸形,单纯以室间隔缺损准备手术能增加死亡率。本病占室间隔缺损的5～7％。
