深化医药卫生体制改革是党中央、国务院在我国经济社会发展进入新时期,为全面贯彻落实科学发展观、改善民生作出的重大战略决策,是一项十分重大的民生工程。我省的医改工作自2009年4月全面启动以来,五项重点改革取得积极进展和初步成效。 Deepening the reform of the medical and health system is a very significant livelihood project for the Party Central Committee and the State Council, which have entered a new era of economic and social development in our country and are major strategic decisions to comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development and improve people’s livelihood.
