目的:对豆科植物三叶人字草Kummerowia striata的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20、硅胶、ODS及HPLC等柱色谱法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside)(1)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-Dglucopyranoside)(2)、芹菜素-7-O-新橙皮苷(apigenin-7-O-neohesperidoside)(3)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(apigenin-7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside)(4)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(5)、槲皮素(quercetin)(6)、异槲皮素苷(quercetin-3-O-glucoside)(7)、芦丁(rutin)(8)、木犀草素(luteolin)(9)、芹菜素(apigenin)(10)、山柰酚(kaempferol)(11)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol)(12)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(13)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol)(14)。结论:化合物1,5,7~9,11~14为首次从三叶人字草中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of leguminous plant Kummerowia striata. METHODS: Sephadex LH-20, silica gel, ODS and HPLC were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (1), kaempferol- β-D-glucopyranoside (2), apigenin-7-O-neohesperidoside (3), apigenin- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside Quercetin (6), quercetin-3-O-glucoside (7), rutin (8), luteolin (9) Apigenin (10), kaempferol (11), stigmasterol (12), β-sitosterol (13), daucosterol (14). Conclusion: Compounds 1, 5, 7-9, 11-14 are isolated from Clover.
