近几年来,我党加大了对年轻领导干部选拔和培养的力度,一大批德才兼备的年轻干部走上了各级领导岗位,其中不少是破格或越级提拔。一个人的职务变了,并不完全代表其素质和能力也达到了相应的层次,就干部自身而言,有一个磨炼适应的过程,领导、下级和群众也还有一个认可的过程。这就需要年轻干部不断加强学习,在实际工作、生活中,运用权力因素和非权力因素处理好工作关系和人际关系、建功立业,逐步在领导、下级和群众中树立威信。笔者作为一名在“双推双考”中产生的乡镇领导干部,结合自身实际,浅谈一下年轻领导干部如何树立威信。
In recent years, our party has stepped up the efforts to select and train young leading cadres. A large number of young cadres with both ability and political integrity have embarked on leading posts at all levels, many of whom are exceptional or extra-elevated. A person’s position has changed, does not completely represent the level of its quality and ability has also reached a corresponding level, in terms of cadres themselves, there is a process of adjustment, leaders, subordinates and the masses also have a recognized process. This requires that young cadres continuously study hard and handle the working relationships and interpersonal relationships by using the power and non-power factors in their practical work and life. They must work hard to build their own careers and establish prestige among leaders, subordinates and the masses. The author, as a leading cadre of township and town in “double push and double examinations”, discusses how to build the prestige of young leading cadres with his own reality.
