少数民族幼儿对教师有自己的喜欢标准,按其喜欢程度的高低分别为“性格”“交往”“外貌”“生活照顾”“幽默”“认知和技能”六大维度。幼儿教师应具备良好的性格和“幽默”素养,需要注意自己的仪表,做到经常观察和记录幼儿作品和行为,重视积极的师幼交往关系和对少数民族幼儿的生活照顾,提高认知和技能的传授专业水平。
