中国近代妇女期刊的创办,为中国近代妇女解放和思想启蒙运动作了舆论上的准备。据不完全统计,从1898年到1949年,中文妇女期刊,约600余种,其中从戊戌变法到五四运动前,约50多种。 最早的妇女期刊——《女学报》旬刊 《女学报》1898年7月24日创刊于上海,是中国历史上最早的妇女期刊。该刊由上海女学会创办,薛绍徽、康同薇、潘璇等20多位女士为主笔。内容包括:女学、修身、教育、家事、体操、官话、汉文、洋文、史学、地理、算学、格致、裁缝等。提倡女学、女权是该刊的宗旨。1920年,陈撷芬又在上海创办了一份《女学报》月刊,由《苏报》馆代为发行。
The founding of modern Chinese women’s periodicals made a preparation for the modern Chinese women’s liberation and ideological enlightenment. According to incomplete statistics, there were about 600 Chinese-language periodicals from 1898 to 1949, of which about 50 were from the Reform Movement of 1898 to the May Fourth Movement. The earliest women’s journals - “Journal of women’s journals” Journal of “women’s journal” July 24, 1898 founded in Shanghai, is China’s earliest women’s periodicals. The magazine was founded by the Shanghai Women’s Association, Xue Shaohui, Kang Tongwei, Pan Xuan and more than 20 women based pen. Content includes: Girls’ studies, self-cultivation, education, housework, gymnastics, Mandarin, Chinese, foreign languages, history, geography, math, georgette, tailor and so on. To promote women’s studies, women’s rights is the purpose of the magazine. In 1920, Chen Hsiao-fen again founded a monthly magazine for the “Women’s Journal” in Shanghai, which was issued on behalf of the “Soviet newspaper”.
