目的探讨针刺联合依巴斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)和转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)含量的影响。方法选择2009年1月-2011年12月在我院治疗过敏性鼻炎的患者101例患者。将患者分为2组,对照组49例患者,应用口服依巴斯汀片,研究组52例患者,在应用口服依巴斯汀片的基础上给予针刺治疗,选取迎香、禾、印堂、风池、合谷、百会、曲池、足三里、太冲、肺俞、脾俞、肾俞穴,均双侧,随症加减。鼻部穴位平刺进针,肢体穴位直刺,进针后行捻转提插,得气后施平补平泻,留针30min,留针期间可捻转1-2次,每周2次,共治疗8次。治疗4个疗程。治疗前后收集患者血清,双抗夹心ELISA法测定IL-4、IL-5和TGF-α的变化。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者血清IL-4、IL-5和TGF-α含量均有明显下降,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,研究组患者血清IL-4、IL-5和TGF-α含量降低明显,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合依巴斯治疗过敏性鼻炎患者,可能通过影响血清IL-4、IL-5和TGF-α含量变化而达到治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with ebastine on serum levels of interleukin-4, interleukin-5 (IL-5) and transforming growth factor-α (TGF-α) in patients with allergic rhinitis . Methods From January 2009 to December 2011, 101 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated in our hospital. The patients were divided into two groups, the control group of 49 patients, the application of oral ebastine tablets, the study group of 52 patients, the application of oral ebastine tablets on the basis of acupuncture treatment, select Ying Hong, Wo, Yintang , Fengchi, Hegu, Baihui, Quchi, Zusanli, Taichong, Feishu, spleen, Shenshu, both sides, with the addition and subtraction. Nasal points stabbed into the needle points, acupuncture points acupuncture, twisting the needle into the line after the line, after qi Bu Ping diarrhea, needle retention 30min, needle can be twirling 1-2 times a week, a total of 2 times a total of Treatment 8 times. Treatment of 4 courses. Serum was collected before and after treatment, and the changes of IL-4, IL-5 and TGF-α were measured by double-antibody sandwich ELISA. Results Compared with those before treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-5 and TGF-α in serum of the two groups were significantly decreased, with significant difference (P <0.05); after treatment, compared with the control group, Serum levels of IL-4, IL-5 and TGF-α decreased significantly, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Ibasas in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients may achieve therapeutic effect by affecting the changes of serum IL-4, IL-5 and TGF-α levels.
