随着我国医疗卫生改革的不断深化和医疗卫生行业竞争加剧,以卫技人才为主体的医院党建工作面临着许多新情况、新问题,普遍存在党建工作与形势发展不适应,与业务工作结合不紧密,工作方式方法缺乏创新,党建考核机制不全等现象。新时期医院的党建工作,如何以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想十八大和十八届三中全会精神为指导,坚持科学发展观,不断拓展医院党建工作的新方法、新途径,必须主动适应新形势,正确把握医院的特点和工作重点,夯实基础,在改革中创新,在调整中加强,在发展中提高,促进医院各项事业全面、协调、健康、持续的发展。
