从1986年9月至1997年1月发现3例女性尿道平滑肌瘤，现结合有关文献讨论如下。1临床资料树1女，30岁。发现尿道口肿物20d于1986年9月入院。无特殊不适感。查体：尿道外目前壁粘膜下有肿物约2．5cm×2．5cm，质较硬，光滑活动，无触痛。行尿道肿瘤切除术。术后病理：尿道平滑肌瘤 From September 1986 to January 1997 found 3 cases of female urethral leiomyoma, are combined with the literature discussed below. 1 clinical data tree 1 female, 30 years old.
