本文从我国航道历年投资情况出发,结合国外航道建设的融资模式,分析了我国现代航道建设的发展需求及各地航道建设的融资经验,提出了适合我国国情的内河航道投融资模式及方法。
Based on the investment situation of China’s shipping lanes in the past years and based on the financing modes of foreign shipping lanes, this paper analyzes the demand for the development of modern shipping lanes in China and the financing experience in the construction of shipping lanes in different places, and puts forward the modes and methods of investment and financing for inland waterways that suit China’s national conditions.
