随着科技发展,生产力不断提高,现代的人类活动产生大量对自然环境和人类健康有毒有害的核废弃物,如何处置这些废弃物是社会需要解决的重要问题之一。一旦处理不好,轻者引起争端,重者危害未来几代人的健康安全。冷战结束后,各国对最终如何妥善处理源源归来的核武器尚未达成一致意见。由于核材料未来走向尚无着落,当今世界人类仍处在核污染和核扩散的严重威胁之中。本文旨在环境国际化大背景下对核污染衍生的相关问题进行探讨和分析。
With the development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of productivity, modern human activities produce a great deal of nuclear waste that is toxic and harmful to the natural environment and human health. How to dispose of the waste is one of the most important issues that the society needs to solve. Once handled properly, light causes controversy, which seriously jeopardizes the health and safety of future generations. After the Cold War, all nations have yet to reach an agreement on how to properly handle the nuclear weapons that have come back. As the future trend of nuclear materials has not yet landed, human beings in today’s world are still at a serious threat of nuclear pollution and nuclear proliferation. This paper aims to explore and analyze the related issues derived from nuclear pollution under the background of environment internationalization.
