怀柔区雁栖镇官地村2005年8月完成旧村改造,成为试点村中第一个完成旧村改造.实现就地城镇化的典范村落。完成旧村改造、发展起民俗旅游后,小村旅游接待能力提高了一倍.户均收入翻了一番。目前.全村50名劳动力基本从事旅游业,全年接待游客6.4万人.旅游综合收入510万元.人均纯收入达到1.72万元.被誉为“京郊民俗旅游第一村”。到2006年底,村级总收入670万元.经济纯收入289万元。
