档案在开放利用中隐私权被侵犯的现象时有发生。如何维护档案利用中公民的隐私权,应该引起我们的重视。文章基于对我国立法缺陷、隐私权意识差等原因进行分析,提出解决这一问题的措施。 File in the open use of privacy violations have occurred.
