麻花钻是金属切削加工中应用最多、最广的通用刀具之一,但是在麻花钻的试验过程中往往要耗费很多金属材料与时间,因此开发新的快速试验方法就具有特别重要的经济意义。一、麻花钻工作参数优化的试验方法欲确定麻花钻最优几何参数或结构参数时,可采用单纯形调优法。首先可在一个单纯形顶点上作试验,将所得结果进行比较,将最差的试验点舍弃,并取其对称点作为新的试验点。新试验点与前面经比较后留下的试验点又构成一个新的单纯形,再作比较,再将最差点舍弃。这样每次舍去最差点,留下好的试验点,即可逐步调向最优点。单纯形在几何中构
