随着我国经济社会的发展,我国对于人才的需要在不断增加。高职院校是我国进行人才培养的重要场所,在对高职院校人才进行培养的过程中,思想政治教育工作整体教育工作的基础。目前我国很多高职学校学生在学校生活的过程中,会出现一些不良思想和不良行为。这会影响到高职院校人才培养的整体质量,不符合高职院校自身的发展需求。因此加强高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作对于整体教学质量的提升有着十分重要的意义。本文旨在对高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的现状及对策进行研究,为其整体教学质量的提升提供借鉴和帮助。
With the economic and social development in our country, the demand for qualified personnel in our country is constantly increasing. Vocational colleges are an important place for personnel training in our country. In the course of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges, the foundation of the overall education work of ideological and political education work. At present, many vocational students in our country in the process of school life, there will be some bad ideas and bad behavior. This will affect the overall quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, does not meet the development needs of higher vocational colleges themselves. Therefore, strengthening the ideological and political education for students in vocational colleges is of great significance to the improvement of the overall teaching quality. The purpose of this paper is to study the status quo and countermeasures of the ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges and provide reference and help for the improvement of their overall teaching quality.
