预选士官教育是现在我军士官院校和各类训练基地的一种主要应用型职业技能教育,主要通过实践性教学来培养学员岗位技能。承担着全军装甲部队驾驶、通信、射击、底盘、观瞄、自动装弹系统等专业预选士官的培训任务,主要的教学性质就是实践性教学,教学的目标是提高学员“实际操作、使用、修理、维护和管理武器装备”的技能。本文在分析实践性教学任务的基础上,给出了实践性教学应该坚持的“四个原则”。 Pre-election officer education is now a major applied vocational skill education of non-commissioned officers academies and various training bases, which mainly cultivate trainee job skills through practical teaching.
