在高铬铸铁中加入<1%的铌,可提高其抗拉强度100MPa,奥氏体显微硬度值从460上升到710,抗热冲击性能比无铌高铬铸铁高5～8倍。
Adding 1% niobium to high chromium cast iron can increase its tensile strength to 100MPa and its austenite microhardness value from 460 to 710, and its thermal shock resistance is 5 to 8 times higher than that of non-niobium high chromium cast iron.
