设计开发了一种高精度、高可靠性的钻井实时多参数监测控制系统,对钻压、泵量等12个参数直接测量,对参数与派生参数的数学建模与计算,提高目的层采芯率、提前预警可能发生的钻进事故,开发专家系统对钻机运行状态进行有效控制。降低事故发生率,节约钻井成本,提高钻井效率和井队的科学钻井水平。
A high precision and high reliability drilling real time multi-parameter monitoring and control system is designed and developed. Twelve parameters, such as weight on bit and pump volume, are directly measured. Mathematical modeling and calculation of parameter and derivative parameters are improved. Rate, early warning of possible drilling accidents, the development of expert systems to effectively control the drilling rig operating status. Reduce the accident rate, save drilling costs, improve drilling efficiency and well drilling of scientific drilling standards.
