春化是指某些植物需要在低温环境下放置一段时间才能诱导开花的过程,是植物适应寒冷冬季的一项重要功能。小麦中主要的春化基因是VRN-1基因,分别为VRN-A1,VRn-B1和VRN-D1。本课题通过使用PCR分子标记技术测定了骨干亲本南大2419的69个衍生系品种的VRN-1基因型。结果表明:在所有测试品种中,显性VRN-A1的频率为4.3%,显性VRN-B1的频率为30.4%而显性VRN-D1的频率为81.1%。显性VRN-A1和VRN-B1基因的分布频率呈现出从冬小麦区到春小麦区的上升趋势。同时也提出了其对今后育种工作的影响。
Vernalization is the process by which plants need to be allowed to bloom for some time in low-temperature environments, and is an important function of plants to adapt to cold winters. The main vernalization genes in wheat are VRN-1, VRN-A1, VRn-B1 and VRN-D1. In this study, the VRN-1 genotypes of 69 derivative lines of the backbone parent Nanda 2419 were determined by PCR molecular markers. The results showed that the dominant VRN-A1 frequency was 4.3%, the dominant VRN-B1 frequency was 30.4% and the dominant VRN-D1 frequency was 81.1% in all tested varieties. The distribution frequency of dominant VRN-A1 and VRN-B1 genes showed an upward trend from winter wheat to spring wheat. At the same time also put forward its future breeding work.
