采用高效液相色谱法，建立了复方制剂中人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的含量测定方法。平均回收率为９８．６％；ＲＳＤ为 １． ８２ ％。该法快速、准确，操作简便，可用于产品的质量控制。
Using high performance liquid chromatography, a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in compound preparations was established. The average recovery rate was 98.6%; RSD was 1. 82%. The method is fast, accurate and easy to operate and can be used for quality control of products.
