运用高职教师主观幸福指数的指标体系,对江西省八所高职院校341位教师的幸福感进行了测量。结果表明,在四个一级指标中,高职教师主观幸福指数由高到低排序为:家庭幸福、社会交往、个体状态和学校生活,且性别、年龄、学历、职称的差异对高职教师的幸福感均有显著影响。文章据此从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个层面提出高职教师主观幸福指数的提升策略。
Using the index system of the subjective happiness index of higher vocational teachers, the author measured the happiness of 341 teachers in eight higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province. The results show that among the four first-level indicators, the subjective happiness index of higher vocational teachers ranked from high to low: family happiness, social interaction, individual status and school life, and differences in gender, age, education, professional title of higher vocational teachers Have a significant impact on the sense of happiness. Based on this, the paper puts forward the promotion strategies of the subjective happiness index of higher vocational teachers from the four levels of individuals, families, schools and society.
