本文叙述了精密跟踪仪器用的力矩电机及测速电机的电枢冲片的精密分度冲模。在结构设计上采用端面齿盘全齿啮合的分度机构。齿盘的分度精度经过仔细研磨达到8~10角秒。用这套分度冲模冲制的冲片精度可达19~21角秒,满足了高精度力矩电机和测速机的要求。该分度冲模可半自动连续工作,稳定可靠,调整操作方便。一套模具连续冲压7~8万次而无需重磨刃口。冲片毛刺很小,毛刺高度为0.01~0.02毫米。这是目前同类冲模中较为精密的一种模具。该冲模正在顺利地工作着,日前己完成了高精度力矩电机和测速机的研制任务。
This paper describes the precise indexing die used in precision tracker torque motor and speed motor armature plate. In the structural design of the face gear full tooth meshing indexing mechanism. Indexing accuracy of the gear plate after grinding carefully to reach 8 to 10 arc seconds. Punching punch with this set of indexing punching accuracy up to 19 ~ 21 arc seconds, to meet the high-precision torque motor and tachometer requirements. The indexing die can be semi-automatic continuous work, stable and reliable, easy to adjust. A set of mold stamping 7-80000 times without the need to re-grinding edge. Punch burr is very small, burr height of 0.01 to 0.02 mm. This is the same type of die more sophisticated in a mold. The die is working smoothly, recently completed high-precision torque motor and tachometer development tasks.
