[目的]研究烟草内生细菌Itb57和Itb295的促生与抑菌作用,以探讨其在生物防治中的作用。[方法]采用温室盆栽的方法研究不同处理方式的内生细菌Itb57和Itb295菌悬液对烟草幼苗的促生作用;通过平板对峙培养法测定内生细菌Itb57和Itb295菌悬液对烟草黑胫病菌、烟草赤星病菌和烟草灰霉病菌的抑菌作用。[结果]内生细菌Itb57和Itb295菌悬液对烟草幼苗有一定的促生作用,能显著提高地上部的鲜重和干重,以浸种+喷雾灌根处理方式的促生效果最好;菌株Itb57对烟草黑胫病菌、烟草赤星病菌和烟草灰霉病菌3种病原真菌均有较好的抑制作用,菌株Itb295仅对烟草黑胫病菌有较好的抑制作用。[结论]该研究结果为烟草内生细菌Itb57和Itb295在烟草病害生物防治中的研究及应用奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the growth-promoting and antibacterial activities of Itb57 and Itb295 in tobacco and to explore its role in biological control. [Method] Pot experiments were conducted to study the growth promoting effects of different treatments of endophytic bacteria Itb57 and Itb295 on tobacco seedlings. The growth of tobacco seedlings was determined by plate confrontation culture method. , Tobacco brown spot pathogen and Botrytis cinerea bacteriostasis. [Result] Endophytic bacteria Itb57 and Itb295 had certain promoting effect on tobacco seedlings, which could significantly increase the fresh weight and dry weight of shoots, and the best growth promoting effect was by soaking seed + Itb57 has good inhibitory effect on three pathogenic fungi of tobacco blackleg bacteria, tobacco brown spot and tobacco gray mold, and strain Itb295 has better inhibitory effect on tobacco black shank. [Conclusion] The results of this study laid the foundation for the research and application of Tobacco endophytic bacteria Itb57 and Itb295 in the biological control of tobacco diseases.
