随着经济全球化的加剧和企业经营活动的日益多元化、复杂化,市场竞争更加激烈,企业所面临的市场环境正在发生着巨大变化,各种经营风险及法律风险也随之越来越大。近年来,煤炭企业作为传统能源行业中的基础,其产品种类和数量不断增多,而煤炭企业在销售过程中遇到的风险也随之增加,其所面临的最大风险莫过于合同风险,即煤炭购销合同风险。为了能够有效降低和规避合同风险,本文针对国有煤炭运销企业所面临的合同风险类型及应对措施和做法做一梳理。

In recent years, coal enterprises as the basis of the traditional energy industry, the increasing variety of products and the amount of risks encountered in the sales process of coal companies also increases, the biggest risk they face is the contract risk, that coal Purchase and sales contract risk. In order to reduce and avoid the contract risks effectively, this paper reviews the types of contract risks faced by state-owned coal distributors and their countermeasures and practices.
