温度作用会引起大跨度钢结构构件强度和刚度的变化,以广州某演艺中心体育场馆大跨度钢屋盖为工程背景,建立了大跨度钢屋盖有限元分析模型,对不同荷载工况下钢屋盖杆件应力和关键节点位移进行了对比分析,重点研究了温度作用对钢屋盖应力和变形的影响,结果表明,温度作用对于钢屋盖支座附近杆件以及下弦杆应力的影响最大,在内力设计时应引起重视,而对其他位置杆件应力影响相对较小;温度作用对于钢屋盖支座处节点水平向位移影响较大,负温差会增大桁架跨中竖向挠度,而正温差对于桁架跨中竖向挠度则有所减小。温度作用对大跨度钢屋盖结构受力与变形的影响规律可供同类工程温度分析参考。
The temperature effect will cause the strength and stiffness of the long-span steel structure components to change. Taking the large-span steel roof of the gymnasium of Guangzhou Performing Arts Center as the engineering background, a finite element analysis model of the long-span steel roof is established. Under different loading conditions, The stress of the roof bar and the displacement of the key node are compared and analyzed. The effect of temperature on the stress and deformation of the steel roof is studied emphatically. The results show that the temperature has the greatest effect on the stress of the bar and the lower chord near the steel roof support , Which should be paid more attention to in the design of internal forces and less stress to the bars in other positions. The temperature effect has a great influence on the horizontal displacement of the joints of the steel roof support. The negative temperature difference will increase the vertical deflection of the truss, The positive temperature difference for the truss span vertical deflection is reduced. The effect of temperature on the stress and deformation of long-span steel roof structures can be referenced to the temperature analysis of similar projects.
