2000年9月17日,吉林省高级人民法院对备受社会各界关注的梁旭东、张洪岩黑社会团伙犯罪案件做出终审判决:驳回梁笑溟(别名梁旭东)等人的上诉,维持原判决结果。以故意杀人罪,故意伤害罪,组织、领导黑社会性质组织罪,敲诈勒索罪,组织卖淫罪,私藏枪支弹药罪,赌博罪,妨害公务罪,非法拘禁罪,判处被告人梁笑溟(别名梁旭东)死刑,剥夺政治权利终身。判处被告人张泽昊(曾用名张洪岩)、杜荣军(曾用名杜德伟)等6名团伙骨干成员死刑,其余28人分别被判处无期徒刑和有期徒刑。这就意味着,这一伙甚嚣尘上的“黑社会”成员受到了“最高级别”的惩罚。
On September 17, 2000, the Higher People’s Court of Jilin Province made a final verdict on the crimes committed by Liang Xudong and Zhang Hongyan, triad gangs of great concern to the community. They rejected the appeal of Liang Xiaoming (alias Liang Xudong) and others and upheld the original verdict. The crime of intentional homicide, organization and leadership of syndicates, extortion, organization of prostitution, possession of firearms and ammunition, gambling crime, obstruction of official duties, illegal detention, sentenced the defendant Liang Xiaoming (alias Liang Xudong) Death penalty, deprivation of political rights for life. The defendants Zhang Zehao (formerly known as Zhang Hongyan) and Du Rongjun (formerly Du Defu) were the key members of the six gangs who were executed and the remaining 28 were sentenced to life imprisonment and fixed-term imprisonment respectively. This means that the gang’s “triad” members are being punished by the “highest rank.”
