目的:研究细胞生长调节基因c-fos及c-erbB-2在卵巢癌中表达的意义,探讨卵巢癌发生、发展的机理。方法:采用免疫组化方法对38例卵巢癌进行检测。结果:c-fos在卵巢癌中的阳性率为66%(25/38)。c-fos表达与卵巢癌组织学分级有关,低分化组c-fos表达率高于高分化和中分化组(P=0.0015)。c-fos表达与卵巢癌临床分期有关,Ⅲ/Ⅳ期卵巢癌c-fos表达率较Ⅰ/Ⅱ期者高(P=0.0064)。c-fos及c-erbB-2都与PCNA表达呈正相关(P=0.0064;P=0.0419),且c-fos与c-erbB-2共同阳性的病例PCNA标记率高。c-fos与c-erbB-2表达呈正相关。结论:过表达的c-erbB-2激活后可以导致c-fos的表达,两者都能促进卵巢癌细胞增殖,且有协同作用。c-fos表达与卵巢癌低分化、易浸润、转移有关。c-fos表达,尤其与c-erbB-2共同表达,可能标志卵巢癌中恶性程度较高的一种类型。抗c-fos及c-erbB-2将为抗肿瘤治疗提供新途径
Objective: To study the significance of the expression of the cell growth regulator genes c-fos and c-erbB-2 in ovarian cancer and explore the mechanism of the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. Methods: 38 cases of ovarian cancer were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of c-fos in ovarian cancer was 66% (25/38). The expression of c-fos was related to the histological grade of ovarian cancer. The expression of c-fos in the poorly differentiated group was higher than that in the well-differentiated and moderately differentiated group (P=0.0015). The expression of c-fos was related to the clinical stage of ovarian cancer. The expression of c-fos in stage III/IV ovarian cancer was higher than that in stage I/II (P=0.0064). Both c-fos and c-erbB-2 were positively correlated with the expression of PCNA (P=0.0064; P=0.0419), and the PCNA labeling rate was high in patients with positive c-fos and c-erbB-2. There was a positive correlation between c-fos and c-erbB-2 expression. CONCLUSION: Overexpression of c-erbB-2 can lead to the expression of c-fos, both of which can promote the proliferation of ovarian cancer cells and have a synergistic effect. The expression of c-fos is related to the poor differentiation, infiltration and metastasis of ovarian cancer. Expression of c-fos, especially co-expressed with c-erbB-2, may be a marker of a more malignant type of ovarian cancer. Anti-c-fos and c-erbB-2 will provide new ways for anti-tumor therapy
