的 用角膜地形图分析白内障囊外摘出联合后房型人工晶状体植入术前、术后角膜散光的变化及拆除部分相关缝线后散光改善的情况。方法 作 3 0只眼术前、术后 12周角膜地形图 ,根据结果拆除相关缝线 ,4周后再复查角膜地形图。结果 术后 12周角膜垂直轴散光度比术前明显增高。拆除相关缝线 4周后散光度减少 ,视力比拆线前提高。结论 术后角膜垂直轴散光明显增高是由于手术缝线过紧所致。拆除相关缝线是减少术后角膜散光改善视力的有效方法之一。
The corneal topography was used to analyze the changes of corneal astigmatism before and after the extracapsular cataract extraction combined with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and the improvement of astigmatism after removing some related sutures. Methods 30 cases of preoperative and postoperative 12 weeks corneal topography, according to the results of the removal of the relevant suture, 4 weeks after the re-examination of the corneal topography. Results The corneal vertical axis astigmatism was significantly increased 12 weeks after operation. After 4 weeks of removal of the relevant suture, the astigmatism decreased and the visual acuity improved more than that before suture removal. Conclusion The postoperative corneal vertical axis astigmatism significantly increased due to surgical suture due to tight. Removal of the relevant suture is to reduce postoperative corneal astigmatism to improve vision one of the effective ways.
