ISI引文数据在促进世界科学的发展中一直起着积极的作用,但使用者发现,数据在准确性方面有一些潜在问题,这使得业已存在的关于ISI数据可靠性和数据被用于评价科研绩效时有效性的争论受到了更为广泛的关注。本文通过在我国文献测度研究中的一些实例对这场国际性争论,作一初步评介,进而讨论如何全面认识并正确使用这一数据库的相关问题。
While ISI citation data has always played a positive role in promoting the development of science in the world, users have found that there are potential problems with the accuracy of the data, making existing ISI data reliability and data available for the evaluation of scientific performance The controversy over effectiveness has received more widespread attention. This article makes a preliminary comment on this international controversy through some examples in the literature measurement research in our country, then discusses how to comprehensively understand and correctly use the database.
