采用相同水泥基配合比与不同纤维进行纤维增强水泥基复合材料单轴抗拉实验。试件采用200mm×50 mm×20 mm的长方体状,用万能试验机进行拉伸实验。通过实验数据对比不同纤维条件下试件的开裂强度、延性、弹性模量、极限强度,试验结果表明:玄武岩纤维增强水泥基复合材料的开裂强度较高,聚乙烯醇纤维增强水泥基复合材料的延性、强度极限较高,聚丙烯增强水泥基复合材料的弹性模量较高。
Uniaxial tensile tests of fiber reinforced cement-based composites with the same cement-based compounding ratio and different fibers were carried out. Specimens used 200mm × 50mm × 20mm rectangular shape with a universal testing machine for tensile test. The cracking strength, ductility, elastic modulus and ultimate strength of the specimens under different fiber conditions were compared by experimental data. The experimental results show that the basalt fiber reinforced cement-based composites have higher cracking strength, and polyvinyl alcohol fiber reinforced cement-based composites Ductility, high strength limit, polypropylene reinforced cement-based composites higher modulus of elasticity.
