随着时代的进步,医疗水平不断提升,临床也越来越重视基层医院检验科室的工作。基层医院检验科室一直以来受到设备与人员的限制,导致工作止步不前,随着21世纪高科技的发展,基层医院检验科室也得以快速发展,从过去的手工操作模式到半自动、全自动现代化实验室方向发展。随着新兴医学模式的革新,检验人员应该具备更多的临床医学知识,不断强化专业知识与技能的学习,向多学科复合型人才方向发展。作者总结基层医院检验科室的管理现状,并采取有针对性的建议,改进了科室工作。
