The Rushan Second Village in Huangpu District of Shanghai was well evaluated in the “Beautiful New Village” competition in 1986. It embodies the advantages of green-based, rational layout, decent size of architectural sketches, natural wildlife, low cost, and high speed. Rushan Ercun Village is located in Rushan Road, Pudong, Huangpu District. It has a total construction area of 47,168 square meters and covers an area of 38.92 mu. However, the general layout is not ideal enough. Therefore, the design of the beautiful Xincun Village is to adopt the principles of adjustment, enrichment, and improvement to fully utilize the original.
