男婴,22个月,系二胎足月顺产。生后生长发育落后.六个月时患肺炎并发进行性浮肿,先后接受青霉素、强的松、地塞米松、环磷酰胺,等治疗无效。而转入本院.检查体温36.7℃,BP130/96mmHg.发育营养较差,颜面苍白呈满月状。周身高度可凹性浮肿,阴囊水肿呈透明状.双肺可闻及少许干罗音,心脏正常。
