我省水利建设,自1979年以来认真贯彻执行“加强经营管理,讲究经济效益”的方针,努力实行改革,取得了新的进展。九年间,共完成土方76亿立方米,兴建配套建筑物66万座,一批防洪、排涝、调水的骨干工程建成投产。增加有效灌溉面积23.3万公顷、治理易涝面积15.3万公顷,并提高了排涝标准。改造低产田28.13万公顷,新增旱涝保收田72.66万公顷。全省有效灌溉面积占耕地的88%,每个农业人口平均占有旱涝保收田0.78亩。
The construction of water conservancy in our province has earnestly implemented the principle of “strengthening management and paying attention to economic benefits” since 1979, striving to implement reforms and made new progress. During the nine years, a total of 7.6 billion cubic meters of earthwork was completed and 660,000 supporting buildings were built. A number of key projects of flood control, drainage and water diversion were put into operation. Increasing 233,000 hectares of effective irrigated area, managing 153,000 hectares of flood-prone area and raising drainage standards. Transforming the low-yielding fields with 281,300 hectares and newly adding 726,600 hectares of dry-hard paddy fields. The effective irrigated area in the province accounts for 88% of the cultivated land, and each agricultural population occupies an average of 0.78 mu of paddy field.
