目的研究红树林细菌中抑制赤潮藻生长的活性物质。方法利用硅胶柱层析对广西红树林细菌Flavobacteriumsp.产的一种红色抑藻活性物质进行分离和纯化,通过波谱方法和参考文献数据鉴定其分子结构,并对其赤潮藻抑制作用进行了初步研究。结果与结论这种红色抑藻活性物质为灵菌红素。它可明显抑制塔玛亚历山大藻细胞的生长,抑制作用随灵菌红素的浓度加大而显著增强;可促使赤潮藻细胞MDA含量升高,使巯基含量下降,并使藻细胞膜透性增大;可以使赤潮藻细胞膜受到损伤,进而抑制藻细胞生长。
Objective To study the inhibitory activities of mangrove bacteria against the growth of red tide algae. Methods A silica-based column chromatography was used to separate and purify a red algae-inhibiting active substance produced by Flavobacterium sp. In Guangxi. The molecular structure was identified by spectroscopic methods and reference data, and the inhibitory effect on red tide algae was studied . Results and Conclusions This red algae-inhibiting active is prodigiosin. It can significantly inhibit the growth of Alexandrium tamarense cells, the inhibitory effect with the concentration of prodigiosin increased and significantly enhanced; can promote the red tide algae cells increased MDA content, the sulfhydryl content decreased, and the algae cell membrane permeability increased ; Can make red tide algae cell membrane damage, thereby inhibiting algal cell growth.
