对上海市宝山区精神卫生中心267例住院病人的现状作调查．结果显示，再入院病人50．9％．≥60岁病人15．7％,伴有躯体疾病25．5％,器质性精神病6．0％,门诊、住院诊断一致率93．3％。对住院病人现状及存在问题进行分析并提出一些建议。 The status quo of 267 inpatients in Baoshan District Mental Health Center was investigated. The results showed that 50.9% of patients were readmitted to hospital. 15.7% of patients aged ≥60 years were associated with 25.5% of somatic diseases, 6.0% of organic psychoses, and 93.3% of outpatients and inpatients. Analyze the current status and problems of inpatients and make some suggestions.
