首次使用六价铬与硫氰化钾、氨水形成的络和物作为沉淀剂,使其与奎宁形成分子缔合物,获得全新的电活性物,制备了一种新型的盐酸奎宁选择电级。电级的线性响应范围为 1.0 × 10-1mol/L~1.0x10-5mol/L,级差为43mV/pc,电极的检测限为7.5×10-6mol/L。pH值在3.60-6.12 范围内,电势随pH变化不超过±1mV。该电极制作简便、操作灵活,重现性好,结果与药典法相符。
The first use of hexavalent chromium and potassium thiocyanate, ammonia and the formation of the complex as a precipitating agent, making it with quinine molecular association, to obtain a new electroactive substance, prepared a new quinine hydrochloride selective electrode level. The linear response range was 1.0 × 10-1mol / L ~ 1.0x10-5mol / L with the level difference of 43mV / pc. The detection limit of the electrode was 7.5 × 10-6mol / L. The pH is in the range of 3.60-6.12 and the potential does not vary by more than ± 1mV with pH. The electrode is easy to manufacture, flexible in operation and good in reproducibility, and the result is consistent with Pharmacopoeia.
